Getting started

How to join

    STEP 01

    Apply at the station desk

    Bring your railway porter licence. Applying takes ten minutes.

  2. 2

    STEP 02

    Licence verification

    We verify your licence directly with the railways, usually within three days.

  3. 3

    STEP 03

    Two days of training

    Safe handling, customer care, and the partner app, taught in Hindi and paid from day one.

  4. 4

    STEP 04

    Badge issued

    Your smart ID, uniform and first jobs. Payouts every Monday to your bank.

While you're an active partner, accident insurance and family health cover run at our cost. The premium is never deducted from your jobs.
